June 18 2013, spray foam insulation of old home in North York

The owner of this house was complaining about how cold his walls , where he had lived here for 40 years.

After some talking, the homeowner told me that his walls were plaster. I told him chances are the walls didn’t have any sort of insulation.

I heard from them 2 seasons later when spring came around. We got talking about the benefits of spray foam and the home owner agreed to try it.
